We offer three styling packages to accommodate various time frames and budgets.

1. Two hours in client’s home | $450
Our focus in this package is to work with the client’s furniture and accessories with no or minimal financial outlay to create a more resolved and camera-friendly home for photography and home opens. During a walk around the property with the client we’ll identify opportunities for the client to up-date, de-clutter and landscape with minimal outlay. The client receives a checklist which they can implement.

2. One hour in Clients home and shopping trip | $700 package package (purchase and hire fees charged separately)
We’ll take a walk through the property with the client and identify opportunities for improvement and areas to highlight. We’ll provide the client with a checklist which they can implement using their existing furniture and decor. Once the client has completed the first stage, we will return to the property to identify what items are required to optimize photography and home opens. We’ll purchase or hire items* based on the client’s budget and install them.
We also provide a comprehensive home open guide with lots of practical tips to get ready for the day.

3. Complete home staging. Ask us about pricing packages.

We can quickly assess your property and liaise with furniture hire companies to select and install beautiful furniture and accessories to achieve the best value for your budget and make your home stand out.

Our fees are a small investment compared to the potential losses incurred by a property sitting on the market for an extended period of time.
